Energy auditors should be familiar with all major types of municipal water supply pumps, their components, and their operation. They should be familiar with typical maintenance procedures and typical operating problems, and should know which components typically wear out over specific time periods.

Job Description
• Detailed Site Survey
• Travel to various Pumping stations of KWS&B for data collection.
• Collection and Measurement of all necessary data from municipal pumps for assessment of energy efficiency. The auditor will be required to use, at a minimum, the following equipment:

a. Power Analyzer

b. Ultrasonic Flow Meter

c. Pressure Gauges

d. Water Level Measuring Instruments
• The auditor will be provided with a 2-to-3 day training on use of equipment
• Undertaking photographic documentation of all measurements.
• Collection of energy bills
• Collection/Measurement of any other operational/technical data required to ascertain the pump performance or operational cost.
