Zameen.com is looking to hire a skilled professional as a ‘Team Lead-Customer Support’ for its Dubizzle team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Establish and maintain efficient processes and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity within the department.
• Assign tasks and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
• Regular one to one meeting with team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues and improve cross-departmental communication and efficiency.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Handle escalated issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
