Job Description
• Manage regional professional Services team of Zodiac in delivering Zodiac solution in the region on time, within scope and within budget.
• Execute project implementation activities such as Infrastructure setup with local I.T. UAT, key user training, conference room pilot, parallel run, go-live and post go-live support.
• Work closely with regional head of operation and IT to iron issues raised during the implementation and communicate project status with senior manager at head office.
• Work closely with the product team and user group in defining functional requirement of TOS required for Europe region such as pure SC operation, Rail Scheduler, ASC/SH operation model, Transfer Zone management, system interface requirement, integration test, and go-live of the system.
