Your Role
• Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients needs to sustain and expand their
• businesses.
• Support assistance requests on the platform's Family Apps & Advertising Services.
• Resolve customer contacts with challenging questions/requests by Email and Chat
• Convert majority of email/chat cases into outbound calls
• To offer white glove support regarding our services

Your Qualifications
• Excellent (C1 level) of Hebrew
• Very good English skills (B2+)
• Working in Lisbon either by being based there or relocating
• Valid Portuguese work permit or equivalent
• Previous customer service / BPO experience is an advantage
