We are looking for a seasoned EAM i/c of Food & Beverage for our client who is a leading 5* global hotel and resort brand located in the beautiful South Pacific Islands. Island experience is important for this post. Must be fluent in French and have European experience.

The ideal candidate must bring with him a 5* International background from top brands, be hands on trainer and mentor to a young team, good knowledge of international chain policies in matters of cost control / F&B costs / staffing. Should be creative, innovative, dynamic, very fit and be able to make easy social contact.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Ambitious, target driven and trend-setting F & B professional.
• People management skills and minimum 3 years relevant experience in an International brand.
