Yandex serves its user base by distributing solutions to manufacturers through apps, websites, and a variety of other channels. We’re looking for a distribution-focused Head of International Distribution. You’ll be gathering a team of motivated group leads and BDMs whose aim is to support a user base for our services in the MEA/CIS

Tasks that await you
• Support a strategy for distributing services in the MEA/CIS market
• Foster a strong business development team
• Analyze our partners’ businesses and implement a distribution strategy in collaboration with them in the MEA/CIS
• Negotiate with representatives of commercial and quasi-government companies
• Work cross-functionally and enhance ties with product, marketing, and PR teams
• Calculate PnLs
• Set targets and create a plan for achieving KPIs
• Build monthly, quarterly, biannual, and yearly plans for the team
• Build the operational process between the project office in HQ and the regional offices
