Duties
• Instructs Center personnel on the use of the information system; determines user needs and accordingly assigns appropriate level of access to the system.
• Compiles and presents data via reports.
• Assists in coordinating and maintaining appropriate documentation on the information system, researches progress reports, and extramural and external funding requests for the location.
• Uses automated systems to manipulate, extract, edit, and approve program management documents.
• Assists in coordinating research program reviews and workshops; keeps managers and scientists informed of upcoming reviews.
• Assists in the review of project plans and agreements with a focus on identifying safety concerns within the plans.
• Assists in monitoring the transfer of appropriated and temporary funds for research projects.
• Prepares statistical analyses for budget increases, redirected funds, extramural agreement funds, etc.
