- Responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of the telesales team.

- Monitor and check the work progress of team members, direct and urge them to achieve individual and team KPIs such as quality, sales, and conversion rate.

- Evaluate the work effectiveness of each team member to provide appropriate improvement directions.

- Responsible for planning and setting goals for the team to increase revenue and enhance performance.
