A Facility Management Company is looking to hire a Business Support Officer.

Location: Uyo
Work Mode:Onsite

Responsibilities

Improve product marketability and profitability.

Create awareness of the products and services offered by the company.

Ensure the company meets the sales targets.

Manage office supplies and order new supplies as needed.

Maintain and update clients' subscription/customer databases.

Deliver on personal Other Income budget

Ensure all monthly, quarterly, and yearly users renew agreements at the right time by following up with tenants on rent renewal one month before expiration

Provide administrative support to an organisation

Answer queries from new/old users.

Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Take stock of products and reconcile total sales per day with the Café Barista.
