Responsibility
• Maintain good relationships and generate business through tie-up Banks/Brokers.
• Identify different strategies Both straggling and Successive
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Create Sales Pitch and Materials
• Work With Director of Sales on Marketing Plan

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's Degree in any stream
• Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors
• Strong Communications Skills
• Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Customer-oriented
