The Sales Operations Manager will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. This role will be responsible for overseeing sales processes, managing sales data managing the sales funnel, streamlining the sales process, overseeing sales automation tools, and leading sales operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, Streamline and Optimize the Sales Process: Regularly evaluate and enhance the efficacy of the sales process, identifying areas that could be costing valuable deals and implementing solutions to keep the sales process in top shape.

Oversee the Sales Funnel: Track conversion rates through each stage of the sales funnel, analyze data to make sound recommendations for improvement, and identify sticking points that impact sales velocity.
