Job Title: Operations Manager-Retail Assets Operations

Function: Retail Operations

Job Purpose:

As part of Retail Assets Operations team individual need to provide operational support for the entire gambit of Retail Asset products offered by the bank and provide adequate support to Business and Front-End teams to ensure customer delight. He/ She needs to ensure all processes are adhered as per the documented process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for field collections for all Retail Asset products.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and payment update in the system.
• Oversee the entire closure process from prepayment to matured for all Retail Asset products
• Spearhead settlements and AHFS (Asset Hold for Sale) closures unit to mitigate delinquencies for the bank.
• Lead cancellation and refund processes for all Retail Asset products pan India.
• Manage additional disbursals and trans disbursals to the customers for the bank.
