JOB DESCRIPTION:

LEGAL:
- assist in the day to day legal matters.

- Preparing Legal Notices, Plaints, Written Statements, Appeals, Case Papers, Affidavits, etc. for legal proceedings under various statutory laws.

- Drafting & vetting of various legal documents Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Deed of transfer, Lease Deed, Power of Attorney, MOU etc.

LIASONING:
- Visit offices for liaison of matters related to Revenue, Collector, Electricity, EPFO, Mamlatdar, Courts, etc . More Detail
