We are looking for a candidate who can fulfill the following roles and responsibilities efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements, ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured.
• Create detailed process flow diagrams and architecture documentation.
• Detail out scope documents, functional and non-functional requirements, and features.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and clarifications.
• Empower customers through the demonstration and presentation of proposed solutions/prototypes.
• Maintain relationships with customers to optimize business integration and lead generation.
• Support project planning, and tracking, and ensure timely delivery.
• Engage and interact with internal teams, including project managers, pre-sales team, tech leads, and architects, to design accurate and timely responses to RFPs/RFIs.
