POSITION SUMMARY:

Competent leader for Plant operations and personnel handling

Supervise plant operations and maintenance

Supervise flow of communication from plant to project clients and vice versa

Supervise the proper handling of plant and equipment and concrete products and services

Supervise concrete products and services to adhere to the Companys Quality standards

Supervise plant and equipment operation to adhere to companys health and safety standards

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS:
• Manages the operations of Concrete batch plant to meet the Division's objectives and targets.
• Supervise the daily operations of the batch plant.
• Communicate and schedule the weekly requirements of projects and all concrete pouring schedules to plant personnel. Ensure that the schedule of RMC supplies to different projects are properly arranged and communicated.
