We are currently in need of Project Development Specialist that will be assigned at Tarlac City, Tarlac Filinvest Office.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any 4-year Business course preferably in Finance, Marketing, Real Estate Development or any related course.
• With at least 2 years of work experience in Project Management, Project Development, Construction, Permits gained in Real Estate company
• With technical competencies and skills in the following:
• Analytical and results oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
• Proficient in numbers and computation
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and basic Photoshop
• Can work under pressure
• Willing to relocate/work in Tarlac City, Tarlac
• Willing to do site visits/official business
