The Talent Acquisition Business Partner / Recruitment Manager will provide consultation to leaders and employees at all levels related to Talent Acquisition strategy for their clients within the Customer Solutions Operations organization. This role will develop and drive strategy for full life-cycle recruitment efforts for both high volume and professional level positions. In addition to driving strategy, this role will partner with the HR/TA COE’s to drive innovation to improve the candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience.
