Description

Job Function:
Control, monitor, and report on all matters related to MM2 shift operation activities, to ensure plant safety, product quality, production output and efficiency, raw materials inventory, personnel management, plant housekeeping and environmental performance meets the company goals and objectives.

Accountabilities :
1. Supervise and verify all field activities including DCS operation, being carried out in safe and efficient manner in order to achieve smooth and stable production
2. Manage and review all activities in operation that being carried out adhere to maximum plant safety compliance as stipulated by Environmental, Safety and Health department and government legislation.
3. Investigate and troubleshoot on any trouble or any deviation in daily operation and propose action or countermeasure to ensure production target quantity and quality is achieved.
