Duties of Job

Customer Service
? Respond to callers’ and visitors’ inquiries with a strong focus on customer care.
? Provide all relevant information to customers with regards to the product, system
or service being offered for sale.
? Greet and assist visitors.
? Answer the phone calls quickly and politely.
? Ensure that complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
? Maintain the company professional image.

Administration Support
? Assist the sales team in all administrative tasks, including correspondences,
faxing, typing etc.
? Prioritize, prepare, send and follow up quotations as instructed by the Sales
Executive.
? Liaise with the concerned departments for all delivery, installation and
commissioning.
