Job Summary:

The Payroll Analyst will process weekly, bi-weekly, and contractors’ payroll and maintain employee time records for around 200 employees.

Duties / Responsibilities:
• Review and correct employee timecards for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Resolve Time and Attendance issues with Supervisors.
• Enter, maintain, and process information in the payroll system; information may include employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
• Ensure proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions.
• Reconcile hours and salaries between T&A (Time and attendance system) and Payroll.
