• Support the product team by conducting qualitative research (in-depth interviews, moderated UX testing, observations);
• Carry out quantitative research (surveys, unmoderated tests);
• Receive hypotheses from the product team, test them, and propose optimal research methods for task execution;
• Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions;
• Develop research designs that effectively enhance the product's value;
