As a Retail Project Manager within our clienteling team, you will be at the heart our client's retail ecosystem, overseeing a suite of retail solutions across all countries.

Your role is pivotal in identifying and addressing the needs of the business users, ensuring the seamless operation of the IT Retail solutions, and driving the continuous improvement of the retail information eco-system.

Main Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Management:
Oversee the ecosystem of retail solutions, ensuring they meet the business needs and align with the group's quality standards.
Solution Availability:
Ensure the availability and proper functioning of IT Retail solutions, clienteling, and future solutions under study. Monitor system performance and issue alerts as necessary.
Technical Training:
