We are an engaged and dynamic team responsible for the international network, network security and data center management of SIX. You will lead a product cluster with around 20 employees based in Switzerland, Spain and France. As People Head of NOC & DC you will be responsible for recruitment, development, performance, motivation and retention of the team. You will puts the focus on being a “servant” leader but also contribute with your broad technical understanding of the product clusters to give the strategic direction.
