Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Secretary to the Business Head at Tilla Africa located in Addis Ababa. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Business Head, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. The Executive Secretary will also manage travel arrangements and assist in organizing events and conferences.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
