The Technical Procurement Specialist is responsible for all supply chain activities including but not limited to supplier and sub-contractor pre-qualifications, sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, placing orders / sub-contracts, expediting, delivery and close-out, (i.e. “cradle to grave”).

The Technical Procurement Specialist participates in the development of and implements the overall supply chain strategy. Responsibilities include strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors to secure the most cost-effective solutions and ensuring that local content obligations are complied with, (where possible) and reports submitted with accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with Discipline Engineers and Project Engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination regarding all supply chain matters.
