Reporting to the Manager – RAN Capacity Planning, the role holder will carry out RAN Network Capacity Planning and RAN Site database update and parameter standardization. He/She will be required to continuously monitor the RAN capacity KPI’s using network planning tools and take appropriate actions to improve quality, capacity, coverage and network performance by capacity upgrades, deploying enhanced features and fine-tuning RAN parameters.
He/She will also be responsible for issuing long term network capacity plans based on resource utilization, RAN Upgrade project management and coordination. More Detail
