We are looking for a Junior IT support that can deliver great IT service to all parts of our Nordic organization.

We can offer you a young working environment, and a job where one day doesn’t look the same as the next.

You will have your daily sparring with our IT support, and refer to our Sr. Finance Director.

Responsibilities Includes
• Supporting end-user software and hardware in retail and office environments
• Software systems include Microsoft Office, Windows 10, iOS and MacOS
• Troubleshooting hardware such as video system set-ups, access points and laptops
• Hardware repair and installation
• Collaborating on IT-related projects with Amsterdam HQ and local IT support
• Occasional visits to offices and stores around the Nordics

About You
• Must have a passion for delivering great service to your colleagues
• Experience with Windows 10 is required
• Education is not important, but a passion for tech, as well as basic IT know-how and troubleshooting skills are required
