Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our hospital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
