The mission of the Quality Manager is based on two main axes:
• Continuous improvement of the quality management system and the quality results of the establishment, by measuring, analysing and managing the associated action plans.
• The development of new products in direct relationship with the sales, marketing department and customers.

This fundamentally includes accountability for providing products to the agreed global quality standards. It also includes providing leadership, guidance, performance management and coaching to his/her team to enhance their capability and productivity in a safe environment and complaint to company’s ethical standards and code of conduct as well as to applicable legislation.

Delivering against both the lean and safety agenda will be two key priorities for this role.
