Job Summary
• Managing operation and services in the branch to ensure the delivery of quality service to customers.
• Deepen the existing customer relationships while providing quality on service delivery in an efficient operation where risks are well controlled, and conduct is adhered to.

• All BOSO will be trained to handle as general branch operations and support, as cash officer, or as Client Service Executive officer.

Business

OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT:
• To ensure procedures and policies outlined in Branch Operating Standard and Instructions are implemented and remain in compliance at all times.
• To ensure that all security measures are in operation at the branch.
• To scrutinize and complete reconciliation of transaction processing systems’ reports daily paying particular attention to any entries of an unusual nature which may require further investigation.
