• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients admitted to the ICU, including those with sepsis, respiratory failure, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS).
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures, including arterial blood gas analysis, hemodynamic monitoring, echocardiography, and bedside ultrasound, to assess patients' clinical status and guide treatment.
• Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation, including invasive and non-invasive modalities, and provide advanced ventilator management to optimize oxygenation and ventilation in critically ill patients.
• Perform critical care procedures, such as central venous catheterization, arterial line placement, endotracheal intubation, and bronchoscopy, as needed to support patient care goals and treatment plans.
