Performs skilled utility work in locating, installation, maintenance, and repair of the water distribution pipelines, wastewater collection pipelines, lift stations and force mains. Services water meters, and/or wastewater collection system services and associated fixtures and structures, and becomes familiar with locating equipment and mapping. Work is performed under the supervision of the Conveyance Division Director and performance is reviewed in progress and upon completion by observation and through results obtained.
