Pat The Baker and Irish Pride are hiring an Environmental Sustainability Manager with responsibility for the development and management of the organisational Environmental Strategy. The new role will support our contribution to a sustainable planet and environment and is important in driving the company toward this goal.

The job:

Reporting to the Group HR & H&S Manager, the ideal candidate will have the ability to analyse our organisation and to support the management in setting realistic but challenging environmental and social impact targets. The successful candidate will then coordinate and provide support to the whole organisation on reducing its climate and environmental footprint, as well as providing technical expertise and advice in relation to our systems and operations (packaging, waste management, sustainable procurement and logistics, decarbonisation, energy transition, resource efficiency, etc.).
