-To create Training Modules & Contribute to Curriculum Planning, Study Notes

-To deliver end-to-end training on Stock Markets and NISM

-Assessment of the training needs of the person and continuously working on the same.

-Developing a training calendar and communicating the same.

-Excellent with Presentation & Training & Development

-Aware Dealers of the latest news in the stock market.

-Preparing KPIs and Individual Development Plans.

-Evaluation of the training program on a weekly basis and take necessary actions to improve it.

Desired Candidate Profile:

-Must have practical and theoretical knowledge of the stock market.

-Past experience in virtual or Physical teaching experience.

-Superior verbal and written English communication skills
