The Role:
• Manage a local portfolio of 105 local properties
• Company cars to use during work hours
• Admin support
• Working alongside one other Junior Property Manager and an experienced Business Development Manager
• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
• Completing Routine, Entry and Exit inspections and Reporting
• Managing Arrears
• Organising Repairs & Maintenance
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Cloud-based software
• Ideally providing support to the Junior Property Manager - not essential
• Ideally processing the Trust Accounting - not essential
