Team Lead is also responsible of: Communicating with stakeholders as necessary, serving as a central point that ties manufacturing information. Confirm product structure and instructions detailed by Product Order Engineers are correct based on customer requirements. Direct issues found during checking process back to Product Order Engineer. Release complete and correct product structure and instructions to manufacturing. Provide or coordinate the continuing education and development needs of the Product Order Engineers and Analysts. The Team Lead will be proficient in marking-up minor modifications to detail drawings. Will provide problem resolution for Product Order Engineers, document best practices for use by the Order Engineering department and mentoring all members of NA OE team.
