The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for providing excellent support to Doctors, Patients and Their families. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Local Languages, The ability to work well in the team, and A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient Assistance.
• *Key Responsibilities**:
- End to End Management of Patient care from getting the Doctor Consultation till the Patient Treatment is completed.
- Explaining the Patients about the Eye Care Services offered.
- Communicating with patients, families, and healthcare team members in a professional and respectful manner.
- Documenting patient care in records.
- Maintaining the database of the Patients on a regular basis on our web portal.
