We are looking for a person for the position Production supervisor level where he / she can work with us for long term base and who is having good knowledge in this field of EMS.

Looking for candidates who are from ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING vertical only.

Responsibilities

Handling the entire production department and factory.

Evaluated Production data to plan metrics, make strategic changes towards training and operational standards to drive team success in established business plan goals.

Responsible for Resource Planning, Production Planning, Weekly Production Target, Production Scrap Rate, Manufacturing Failure Rate (Yield rate), On Time Delivery (OTD), Monthly Revenue Target & Shipment Planning.
