Job Description

Position Summary

The Program Coordinator’s aim is to ensure smooth operation of the project in each DigiTech centre.

He/she is responsible for the coordination in running and supporting each centre along with its respective Sancharaks (Computer Instructor) and Team Leader.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Keep a check on timeline and maintain targets
• Visits to centers
• Schedule meetings with the Team leaders and Sancharaks
• Resolve centre related operational issues
• Arranging training sessions for Team leaders and Sancharaks
• Coordinating community survey and maintaining survey records
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the project on the ground
• Provide bi-weekly reports on the progress of each centre
• Help with other administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Promotion and branding of the center and overall program
