Role Overview:

The Service & Parts Advisor will report to the General Manager. The successful candidate will ensure service volumes and customer satisfaction levels are consistently met by following the processes and procedures of the aftersales department and work in line with the businesses mission statement and values, along with ensuring required parts are sourced in a timely fashion.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the motor industry in a service / parts role and the remuneration will be commensurate with that individuals experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• To be a point of contact for the businesses customers who require servicing or repairs to their vehicles.
• Maintain the high standards of the department through effective planning and communication.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, ensure understanding & adherence to service requirements.
