Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid Head of Operations role located in Benin City, with the flexibility to work from home. The Head of Operations will be responsible for managing daily operations, implementing and improving processes, overseeing budgets and financial reports, managing the team, fundraising, volunteer interviews/recruitment/training, and assisting with strategic planning to fulfill AODInitiative's goals.
