You have:
- Outstanding musical and artistic abilities.
- Good cooperation and ensemble skills.
- Good leadership skills, socially and artistically.

In addition to your musical tasks, you lead the group in the absence of solo oboe. You will take part in distributing orchestral duties and keep updated on potential substitutes to the orchestra.
