We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Café Manager to lead the operations of a new 80+ seater cafe serving a variety of scrumptious baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, ensuring food quality, overseeing a small team of kitchen staff and managing waitstaff. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, purchasing and inventory management.
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards to exceed customer expectations.
