Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Administrator. The Medical Admin will be responsible for billing, debt collection, remittance allocation, general office duties, management of the receptionist and reception area, working with the therapists to ensure no backlog of documents or work and any other reasonable duties associated with the role. The Medical Admin must have knowledge of medical terminology and be familiar with medical office operations.

Requirements :

Must have experience with COID particularly billing

Must have Medical billing software experience -preferably with GoodX

Afrikaans and English speaking
