RESPONSIBILITIES:
Packaged Inventory Control and Management
Compilation and updating of marketing plan as package programs change
Managing customer programs and communicating packaging lists
Ship planning and handling of necessary documentation
Scheduling of containers and transport from cold rooms
Manage and control unloading Instructions - communicate with various cold rooms
Communication to PPECB for container unloading
Control and communication of local programs and keeping track of progress schedules
Invoicing
Crop estimates
General support where needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric / Grade 12 qualification
Appropriate postgraduate qualification
2 - 3 years logistics coordination experience
Knowledge of debtors and export administration will be useful
Good computer skills (Excel knowledge is a requirement)
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
