Hook & Ladder are delighted to now be hiring for a restaurant manager for our ever growing location in Weston Airport in Dublin! Hook & Ladder are one of Irelands leading indigenous hospitality groups with 10 sites nationwide. This is an ideal time to join our Food & Beverage Operations team as we look to grow this site further!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
