Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Provide candidate support & success efforts for the Hyreo platform
• Engage with candidates via calls, emails, and chats
• Understand candidate issues, resolve them, and help them realize the value of the platform
• Review the candidate queries/concerns and recommend actions to solve the concerns
• Collate user feedback, contribute to the knowledge base, and provide inputs to the product team regularly
• Work on product setup, configuration, and release management coordination
