Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Lilongwe. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales quotas. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications
• Proven track record of sales success and exceeding quotas
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
