Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role as a Chief Accountant at Manufacturing Company located in Hung Yen.
• The Chief Accountant will be responsible for analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing financial reports, and managing financial operations.
• They will lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting efforts, as well as develop financial models and tools to analyze key business metrics and drivers.
• This role will also involve managing a small team of financiers.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of related experience Management experience Good understanding and rich work experience on operation & costing related to as the position is based on plant include but not limit STD cost, manufacturing cost structure (fixed and variable), cost center, MFG variance etc..
