- Be responsible for Operation Optimization in the matter of Cost Optimization and Service Quality Improvement
- Prepare a yearly plan for the regional level to ensure optimal operation at the best cost and SLA.
- Initiate and follow up projects to improve Linehaul operation.
- Review and monitor BAU/Spike-day plan for the number of trucks.
- Ensure implementation of the plan to ensure quality (timing, missing, lost) and quantity (number of trucks)
- In collaboration with other functions, address urgent cases (e.g., emergent requests for extra truck/replacement, overloaded stations, heavy traffic, etc.)
- Ensure continuous improvement of performance (on-time and fulfillment) and operation efficiency (SOPs)
- Deeply understand the root cause of failures in Operation (e.g., late, driver's fraud, etc.)
- Build up good relationships with on-site teams (SOC, FMLM) and drivers.
